From Pandemic to Praise
For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen. (Rom 11:36)
Nothing happens by chance, by luck, or by fate.
God is sovereign.
Everything happens by divine direction or divine intervention.
God was, and is, and is to come (Rev 1:8).
God knows the past, present, and future.
His ways are higher than our ways (Isa 55:9). His weakness is stronger than men (1 Cor 1:25).
Does God care about this pandemic? Yes, He does.
Does He care if you caught the virus? Yes, He does.
He loves you dearly. He sees you in a crowd.
He has a purpose for this pandemic.
He has a lesson for everyone.
He wants you to turn to Him. He has the solution.
His solution is that we repent of our sins and call upon Him.
Or it could be He wants us to pause, pray, and plan.
Everything will work for our good and His glory.
If only we would turn our eyes from the problem and praise Him for His goodness, wisdom, and power.
Take this time to praise Him.
Praise the Lord!
