Nothing Can Change God’s Plan For You

Nothing Can Change God’s Plan For You

I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted. (Job 42:2)

Nothing can change God’s plan for your life. No evil, past, present or future, can affect your destiny.

Everything will go according to what He has planned. God has planned the best outcome for us.

Things may not always be smooth or comfortable. But all things will work according to His purpose (Rom 8:28).

Joseph was betrayed by his brothers.  He was sold as a slave.  But eventually he rose to become the Prime Minister of Egypt.

Jesus was betrayed by one of His disciples.  The religious leaders hated Him.  They had Him crucified.

But God worked through His death for our salvation.  Jesus rose from the dead.  He ascended to heaven and is seated on the right hand of the throne of God.

God does everything in our lives according to His will.

God already has a plan for us from eternity past.

We may have failed or made mistakes in the past.

But God can even work through our failures.

Moses thought he could deliver his people out of Egypt.  He killed an Egyptian soldier.  Fearing for his life, he fled to the desert and lost his opportunity to save his people.

80 years later, God called him to go back to Egypt to save his people.

Adam and Eve lived in a beautiful garden.  But one disobedient act on their part resulted in the fall of the whole human race.

But God promised a Savior who will redeem man from sin.

Our failures and mistakes cannot change God’s plan.

God predestines the end result and ensures the certainty of His will.

So quit thinking about past mistakes and failures.  They will only hold you back.

Look to Jesus.  Ask Him for His forgiveness.  Trust Him that despite your failures, you can still forge a life ahead, a life that is committed to love and serve Him.

You can still move on because the promises of God are there for you to claim.

Nothing and no one can change God’s plan for you. So press on in life.
