Jesus Loves the Little Children
And He (God) made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place (Acts 17:26).
God created man in His own image.
He commanded man to fill the earth and subdue it.
The human race started with one man, Adam.
The various nations and races came from Noah’s descendents.
Noah’s sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, spread across the lands (Gen 10).
God determined for them where they should live.
God had you in mind before He created the world.
He had already determined when you were to be born and where you are to live.
He determined everything about us. Even the very hairs of our head are all numbered.
We differ from one another in terms of our race, heritage, language, culture, philosophy.
But we are all humans regardless of where we come from.
Sometimes, we experience fear or prejudice when we come across others who are from a different culture.
We might feel either superior or inferior towards them.
But God sees us all as His creation. He loves us all.
There is a children’s song:
Jesus loves the little children,
All the children of the world,
Red or yellow, black or white,
All are precious in His sight,
Jesus loves the little children of the world.
He commanded us to love one another, regardless of race, gender, language, culture, education, physical appearance.
Jesus did not die for one race. He died for the sins of the whole world.
Because He loves us.
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. (Gal 3:28)
Let’s love one another. Let’s honor one another. Let’s understand one another.
Because we are all, regardless of race, language or culture, created in the image of the Most High God.
